What happens to what you send us

The contact form

This website is informational. Its enquiry form collects only your name, email address, optional phone number, optional timing preference and whatever you choose to write.

When you submit it, the form sends those details to our mailbox at info@valegacyassistedliving.com as an email, and nothing more happens to them. There is no database. Your message is not stored on this website, not logged to a third-party form service, and not passed to any marketing or lead-generation network. You will also receive a short automatic acknowledgement so you know the message arrived; you can reply to it directly.

Please do not send health information

Please do not include medical records, diagnoses, medication lists or other sensitive health details through this form. Clinical information is exchanged later through secure channels arranged during the admissions conversation, consistent with applicable privacy law.

What we do with enquiries

A member of the team reads every enquiry personally, usually replying within one business day. We keep correspondence only as long as useful to answer you and follow up, then discard it. We do not sell or share your details with marketers. Ever.

Analytics and cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Standard server logs may record anonymised request data for reliability and security.
